Launched in March 2021 after a year of disrupted football due to COVID-19, the Southern Amateur League Podcast was created by newly appointed Social Media Officer Daryl Ann. The aim of the podcast is to reach out to everyone across the League and the wider community away from the pitch. The initial few episodes were only pre-recorded interviews but we managed to kick it all off with a great two part episode with Bob Leeds who lead the Representative Team to FA Inter-League Cup victory in 2007/08, and the current serving President of the Southern Amateur League at the time of the podcast launch.
